These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Skin Tech website www.skin-tech.lv, including our online booking system and e-commerce store. By using this website, making a booking, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. Skin Tech (hereinafter – “We” or “Company”) provides aesthetic cosmetology services, an online booking system, and e-commerce services through the website www.skin-tech.lv.
1.2. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a parent/guardian.
1.3. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, and all changes become effective upon being published on the website.
2. SERVICE BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
2.1. Clients can book services online through our website’s booking system.
2.2. A confirmation of successful booking is sent to the email provided by the client.
2.3. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
2.4. If a cancellation is made later than 24 hours before the appointment or the client does not show up, a prepayment may be withheld or a penalty fee applied.
3. PRODUCT PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
3.1. Our online store offers cosmetic and beauty products available for purchase online.
3.2. By placing an order, the client confirms that the provided information is accurate and complete.
3.3. Payment methods – we offer bank transfers, card payments, and other online payment options.
3.4. Delivery is carried out via selected courier services or parcel lockers. Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method.
3.5. Return Policy – clients have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt if it is unused and in its original packaging. Returns are not accepted if the product has been opened or damaged due to the client’s fault.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
4.1. All prices on the website are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect payments already made for bookings or orders.
4.3. Discounts and promotional offers may be applied according to the terms of the campaign.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1. We provide high-quality services and products but cannot guarantee identical results for all individuals.
5.2. The Company is not responsible for individual reactions to cosmetic products or procedures.
5.3. We are not liable for delays or unforeseen issues caused by third-party delivery services.

7.3. Clients have the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or use the Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
